Q. Where do I find my prescription?
A. Your eye care professional (optometrist or optician) is required by law to provide you with your prescription following an eye exam.

Q. I am not sure about taking my PD measurement, how do I go about it?
A. We offer two easy options to measure your own PD. For details on how to do it, please visit our how to measure your PD page.

Q. Can I use contact lens prescription for ordering eyeglasses?
A. Contact lens prescription should not be used for eyeglasses. They are usually different than eyeglasses prescriptions. Please get eyeglasses prescription from your optometrist or optician.



Q. Can I really return my glasses even if I simply do not like them?
A. Absolutely. If for any reason you decide to return your glasses, you can do so within 365 days of your purchase.



Q. Do you offer lenses which become sunglass outdoors?
A. Yes, those are called Photochromic lenses; see next answer for more details.

Q. What is Photochromic?
A. Photochromic technology allows lenses to stay clear indoors. When you walk outdoors, the lenses turn dark into sunglasses. This is a huge convenience over keeping two separate pairs of glasses for indoors and outdoors.



Q. How do I try GlassifyMe frames before I decide to buy?
A. Use our Virtual Try-on feature available on all frames. Upload your own photo and see how different frames look on you.



Q. How do you ensure my glasses are made to my prescription specifications?
A. We employ a very rigorous procedure for quality assurance. Your glasses are separately inspected at five different stages to ensure that they are made to exact specifications that your doctor prescribed and that glasses will fit well on your face.

Q. Why are GlassifyMe prices so inexpensive?

Q. How long would it take for my glasses to arrive?
A. The production time for your glasses depends on many factors including lens type and your prescription. After you place the order, it will take 4 to 10 business days for your glasses to arrive. You can always choose the Express Shipping option to expedite your glasses and we will ensure to get them to you as quickly as possible.
